I got this because of my cats has gotten very demanding for faucet water. The water here is very hard so we don't like her to drink from the faucet but she loves the flow. We got this and she is very happy. Still bugs us for faucet water sometimes but I see her and the other two cats drinking a lot from this.

My cats love it! It keeps water fresh. I wish they have included more filters. Filter gets old too fast.

Pump stopped working after one month.

The fountain pump stopped working in the first week of use, I returned the product and the seller said he would send me the product again free of charge so I could have another experience, but he sent me the same product that didn't work.

Rusted out of the box, returned.

Both my cat and dog drink from this fountain. I loved the product. I have been using it for 2 months. With a dog it needs frequent refill. Easy to assemble. Very easy to clean

Product is good and silent but their is no extra carbon filter or foam filter provided inspite of being so expensive....their is no filter cleaning brush as well...
