Run by an enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable Hungarian family from Transylvania, these raw organic alpine honeys are produced by 350 diligent bee families. This is a light coloured honey with a delicate floral flavour from the Carpathian Mountains. This honey is extremely rare, as only a few traditional beekeepers make the painstaking effort of moving their beehives up to the untouched flowering plateaus perched high in the Carpathian Mountains, where the bees make this delicacy from the most natural pollen available.
