I LOVE MY DEFENDERSHIELD EMF PHONE CASE...EXCEPT...THE PHOTOS ON THE AMAZON WEB SHOWS ASTRAP WITH THE CASE. I DID NOT GET A PURPLE STRAP WITH MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE HAND STRAP???THANK YOU

I got the new iPhone 15 pro max and was having tingling hands, pins and needle feeling in my hands and arms when I used the phone. Not anymore. I love the magnet feature and the feel of the case

The hanging cord should be at the opposite end so you can read your phone while still wearing it. Curren’t you have to take it off or flip the phone so that cord it tight in wrist to read the phone.

I'm very happy with the phone case. I like that I can also use it as a wallet and that it has a wrist strap.

Case arrived with damage as if it was previously used and returned.

Bought this for the iPhone 14pro after loving the product for iPhone 11. After receiving the new one you quickly realize they didn’t develop a new product. You can not close the phone case with anything inserted into the wallet portion. When you inspect the case it becomes even clearer why, they just punched out a larger camera square to accommodate the iPhone 14 pros larger camera, but they didn’t take in to account that the phone is slightly wider. And when you look closer at the altered camera area you can see machine marks around the edges. I would/should have taken pictures but was very angry/disappointed with the laziness of the product and immediately returned it. Do better defendershield, $80 for a refurbished product is wrong

This is the third time I’ve purchased a defender case.The quality is decent.

Poor design.magnet not strong enough -- wallet doesnt stay attached well, slides around on wallet case, not snug, not secure. really annoying and so bulky, not easy to use for it's purpose. justs akward. I keep it because I need to reduce EMFs and we use my phone as a radio and podcaster all the time, so it helps for that. but not useful when using phone as a phone. and because it slips around, cant use it when taking photos, it often blocks the lens.and so bulky, cant fit in my pockets anymore. I would have returned it if I didnt miss the window due to travel. I dont recommed it - needs much better functional design.

I have used this product for a while now. I think I am qualified to say something about it.The manufacturer says you must cover the screen when talking, but the other side cannot hear it.My hands still feel tingling, and maybe it is a bit less. Overall. I don't see any significant impact from the shield.
