The pack was small but resealable which is nice so it isn't just a one time use. I am into trying new spices on my food because it is such an easy way to alter, enhance, or sometimes even destroy the dish but you won't know until you try it. I was surprised at how good this was and definitely has a unique flavor of its own. I made a curry dish with it and it was simply delicious. I made big portions so I sprinkled generously but I would tread with caution as it could be overwhelming for some especially if the desired taste isn't on the same level of what your pallet is used to.

I needed this for a recipe and was very happy with the results... the recipe said not to skip this, and it did add a lot of special flavor. Pricey, but it should last quite a while.

This fenugreek is labeled as a part of Georgian cuisine, which I'm sure it is, but I know nothing of Georgian cuisine. I'm sure they have interesting flavors.I've heard of fenugreek in Indian cuisine, as a component of curry spices. There are apparently various forms of fenugreek -- seeds and leaves, and powder. This is the powder, which supposedly comes from grinding the seeds. It's ground very fine and soft. I could not produce such a powder at home if I tried to grind up seeds.Tasting it, I can see how it would lift sauces and give them a curry-like element. It has a long aftertaste and I like the aftertaste more than the initial taste which is only OK.A little would go a long way with this spice, so this small bag might last you a good while. The bag is foil over plastic, and the plastic has a ziplock so that the bag is resealable.

This is a different type of Fenugreek, not Utskho-Suneli. This one barely has any flavor and is very bitter. Don't waste your money!

This fenugreek powder worked well in several recipes however I did note that it is not as strong as the kind I have bought from the spice shop. I required more of that expected for some of my recipes in order to achieve the desired flavor.

I've never had this spice before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect or compare it to. I like trying new things, so I figured I'd give it a try. It has a wonderful aroma and comes out super tasty in a curry and I saw it can be used for flatbread, so I thought I'd go crazy and make some naan with it since naan is like the best bread ever. I demolished that naan. Not sure what to compare the price to but it seems reasonable compared to most other spices.

Very simple fenugreek powder that comes in a resealable retort pouch.I can't validate the authenticity of their regional claims, but the aroma and the flavor the fenugreek powder provide has been quite nice in my curries. A slight earthiness and sweetness that is sort of unique and distinct.Pretty happy with the size of the purchase and didn't feel particularly expensive or cheap.
