10 stars for authentic taste. This is 100% better than almond extract. Concentrated so goes a long way. Have had so many compliments on baked goods with this emulsion ~ and guests always ask for recipe. a must if you’re serious.

Great almond flavoring for baking
I like to make muffins - almond flavored muffins in particular. But how to get a sufficiently intense almond flavor without being too strong. This almond flavor emulsion works great. It survives baking better than conventional almond extract in my experience. The same company produces an orange emulsion as well and it's just as good.

Tastes great in baked goods...ignore its actual fingertip sample taste.
Ran out of extract so I decided to try something different. It smells kind of "chemical-y" and a tiny dab on my finger to taste was awful! Decided to use it in my cookie dough, hoping that would taste better...and it DID! Shew!!Extract quality:Makes good cookies great cookies!
