Iv just started taken this so I’m hoping it will help with sleep & going to the toilet

Seems to balance my diet well

It has little or no taste. I’ve used it to sweeten coffee but it didn’t quite. It’s supposed to aid all sorts of things- sleep, digestion, inflammation. But how to tell. Might have, might not have. If it helped it was not an amazing change, but conversely it did no harm. It might have been beneficial with concentration, relaxation.

Don't understand why the bag says it can be used a a 50/50 sugar substitute when this powder has no sweetness in it at all. It's completely flavourless, and it won't work as creamier as sugar does.That said, it's okay since the goal was not to get a sugar substitute but a food integrator. Soluble in water, dissolves well with a stir, not requiring anything special (like a shaker ball).

The media could not be loaded. I was recommended inulin by my brother, who said I could benefit from it. This product comes in powder form and has no scent or taste, except a faint sweetness. It mixes into my bedtime drink of water (I have for meds) and is easy to take. I love that it’s a natural product and that it doesn’t contain any additives. I should start with a caveat that I've given 5* for the product, despite a significant issue with the state it was in when it arrived, as this is likely not the fault of the seller, and certainly not a reflection on the product itself. When I opened the Amazon packaging, there was quite a large hole in the inulin packet (but not in the external packaging). Some of the inulin had spilled into the packaging. Given the size of the hole, it looks like it happened shortly before dispatch, and therefore may have occurred at the Amazon warehouse, so I haven't dropped a star for the product, but can't review my experience of it without acknowledging it.I can be a bit of a sceptic about supplements & natural remedies, but I can't deny that I've experienced some improvement in my digestion since using this, and I took a break for a couple of days to see if it was a coincidence, and my digestion returned to "sluggish", improving again when I resumed the inulin.I haven't noticed any change in my sleep per se, but my problems there lie more in getting to sleep, rather than the quality of it. I have felt more sleepy at the appropriate time recently, but I can't say for sure if that's the inulin.I've been Keto for 8 months, and have read that inulin can be added to Keto ice cream & improve its texture, so I've made some with it and now usually get my dose this way. If I skip the ice cream, I've been mixing it with water or caffeine free coffee in the evening.It has no discernible flavour, which is a plus.
