I like it.
Well I got this one on sale got a nice deal. And with that said it came with some well crap. The key board was supposed to be in English format but not so you have to search and find comas and back slash and every thing,but the lap top works fantastic i love the thing. The one thing i would have changed was buying a windows instead of a Chromebook. but I just use this computer for watching movies and web surfing. So if your needing to Know about spreadsheets, drawing, gaming cant help you,sorry.

Perfect size, good quality for price
This is the second Lenovo that I have purchased and I am so glad I did! I actually ordered a different tablet / laptop and was so disappointed I sent it back. I realized my mistake and went right back to the Lenovo. SO happy I did! It has everything I wanted on it at the size that is perfect for me. It also didn't break the bank for what you get. It is a quality machine that is easy to use and doesn't blow through the battery in 15 minutes like some. It's perfect.

Had a Hard Time Getting It to Update During Initial Use
I bought this Lenovo Idea Pad Flex 5i for my daughter to take to college class with her, rather than her full sized laptop. I had a hard time getting it to update after turning it on and connecting to the internet for the first time. The update kept stalling then would stop running. It took a while to get it set up. I can now see it is a frequently returned item, it was not when I first bought it before this current semester started. Otherwise, once I was able to figure out how to get the update to run it seems to be working fine for her. She takes it to classes every day and said it seems ok.

No Problems Here!
My old laptop broke so I needed to order a new one quick! The 13-1215u is a great laptop processor for school and light gaming, so a good option for students. Seller ships fast and include everything as specified!

Died day one
Received on Saturday evening and plugged it in for the night. Came back to it on Sunday afternoon, powered it on and got it pretty much set up, it was doing updates and stuff so I just left it alone. Got up early Monday morning and it was just turning off and on all by itself, the screen will light up for only a second then go off. It will not stop trying to do whatever it's trying to do. Now it's getting really hot but still will not stop going off and on.Support was no help, seller is not reachable, I will return it once the battery either dies or fries and it's safe to box up.
