5-Speed Vibrating Foam Roller

I’ve been trying to focus on recovery recently and this foam roller is a great addition to my routine. My shoulder blades area is generally very tight and using this daily has helped tremendously.I recently injured my foot and have been in a boot for a few weeks. I’ve been using foam roller on my calves and it is making a huge difference.Overall a great product.

This foam roller is everything I was hoping it would be. Nice and firm, with five vibrating speeds that make for an effective recovery session. It’s really easy to use and comes with a carrying case which is a bonus.

This is just too high up off of the ground that it's uncomfortable to use.

The media could not be loaded. Just arrived and was missing power cord and instruction manual. Tried to turn it on via the only button and nothing happened. Used a USB C charger to plug it in & it has a partial charge but still won't turn on. Ordered a replacement so let's see what that brings.

Ok, I like this roller. It's very effective and as easy to use as most rollers out there. The pattern does seem to work better than others at "getting in there". My only criticism, if you can call it that, is the vibration function: while I can certainly feel it vibrating, doing its job, I don't know how much that really ads to the functionality of the device.That could just be me. Other people might find it very beneficial.Aside from that, it's a very good roller and seems durable. I should get a lot of use out of it.

The media could not be loaded. This arrives in a hefty, strong box. When you remove this massager, be prepared to be impressed! This is presented in a travel bag that has a shoulder strap. So amazing (especially if you want to travel with this).Mine arrived fully charged (so I was able to use it right away). Just press the button on the side and hold it until this turns on. You can then select your level of intensity. On level three, this was incredible. On it's highest level, this can massage out even the deepest "knot" or tension! Wow!This feels incredible on your back (even if you tuck this between your back and your work chair), rolling it under you feet, even rolling it under or atop your legs. Anywhere that you need relief from pain, strain or tension, you can use this!This is, by far, the best massaging roller I have ever owned or even used! This works! Very highly recommended!

This thing is powerful! It's amazing as a vibration therapy device but can also be used powered off. I have to be careful with vibration on my upper body because it triggers my TMJ, so I use it without to roll on my back and shoulder blades to release tension. Then I use it powered on to roll my legs and relieve my aching muscles from walking at work all day.This foam roller is easy to charge and has 5 levels of vibration. I will likely never use it beyond level 2 or 3 because it's just too much for me. I'm also not a workout kind of person but I get my share of exercise at work from constant walking. Someone who does intense workouts might prefer the higher settings. Overall this is a powerful and useful device that works great for muscle recovery.
