I have been taking but found out it’s my kidneys not my liver but have been taking these and did feel better in the short time I took them

Really don't understand why there is a sticker with the same product information as the label over top of the directions for use. I have to guess how much to take for this, so if it's too little or too much, the results won't be clear. I tried taking the sticker off, but it just tore off the label it was attached to, including the directions.
