Organic Fitted Grounding Sheet – Silver Fiber Infused Conductive Bedding for Improved Sleep & Wellness (Gray, Queen - 60"x80"x15")

Love that it's fitted and works just like a regular sheet. Just throw it right in the washer too. My husband says he sleeps better. Sorry to get into too much information, but I usually have crippling cramping every month with my cycle. This has made a huge difference! I no longer wake in pain at night and during the day I don't have to use prescription pain meds anymore. It's amazing! I'm also taking supplements like turmeric but I proved to myself by accident this sheet is making a difference. One night I slept with my full length, long sleeve pjs on (usually I just sleep in a tshirt so I have more skin contact with the sheet) and I ended up cramping the next day much more than I had in months. I couldn't think why but then I realized what I did and made sure I slept in a tshirt the next night. I felt so much better the next day and now I'm 100% confident these sheets work!

The grounding part of the sheets works (I think, anyways), but the texture is really rough. Was not expecting that from "organic" sheets.

It works. They include instructions for use, as well as instructions for how to test with a simple multimeter. If your ground in your outlet is truly grounded, then it will be grounded. You may be surprised, however, that many of your outlets aren't really grounded. If not, just run a longer cord out the window and stake it into the ground yourself. There are kits available for this.Having said that, it's not really a soft sheet. It also doesn't have any tags identifying the materials. They say 95% cotton and 5% silver, but there is no way this is 5% silver. And I counted the threads under a microscope (I provided a screen shot so you can verify yourself) - I came up with 156 thread count.I included a microscope shot of the fabric, so you can see how the ground works, and also so you can see the imperfections. I realize there are probably challenges to using silver thread with fabric, but still, this is pretty low quality fabrication.You can see the grid lines every 1/3 inch, which I believe are the infused silver. The silver is what connects the ground, so each one of those imperfections is an opportunity to lose the ground. Just because it's grounded at the wire doesn't mean the whole sheet is grounded. A snag, for example, can interrupt the grounding effect. Also, the amount of your body that's actually touching the ground is extremely small - basically 3 threads per inch are all that provide the grounding effect.I've been very curious to see up close how these are made, and now that I have, I'm not sure it's enough to do any good. But I'm going to give it a try.

For that price I expected something of better quality.

Grounding mats/sheets were recommended to me by an energy practitioner. I've tried a grounding mat in the past, but found it difficult to keep on my bed during the night. This sheet solves any problems I had. It fits perfectly on my queen-size mattress. The grounding port is on one of the corners, which is perfect because it doesn't get in the way of anyone's comfort level or sleep position. The grounding cord is extra long and the plug fit perfectly in our US socket. I was able to machine wash and dry the sheet with no problems, prior to use. The material is made of cotton. It's not an ideal material for complete comfort, but the material's conductivity and grounding benefits far outweigh the need for a high thread count. The product comes with a comprehensive instruction sheet for folks new to grounding/earthing.

This sheet easy to maintain, machine washable, and compatible with most standard mattress sizes. The organic material needs a little getting used to. While it may not be smooth like other materials this is more healthy and with washes you can get used to the silver fibres. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I both believe in the positive effects of grounding. We do it regularly at our camp; I will go barefoot in the dirt and it definitely has a calming effect, so I wanted to try these grounding sheets when I saw them. I'm not convinced they actually work though, as I don't feel anything different. And they are so rough and scratchy to sleep on, its extremely unpleasant. We tried using them for almost 2 weeks, including washing them twice hoping it would help soften the fabric, to no avail. And if one of those thin silver threads breaks, then is the grounding effect nullified? I'm not convinced these actually work and in my opinion is just a waste of a lot of money.
