How does it clip to/how to fasten it to the bed box?

The top loop goes over one of the "poles" in the box. The top of the box then is closed, holding the backpack in place.

Does this backpack hold a fire 10 tablet?

I’m not sure how big that is, but I put iPad minis in my kids pack. I don’t think it would fit a full size iPad. But I did put a full size iPad in the box.
