Great service on a great laptop
What I liked most is there were no surprises with this laptop. The only thing I noticed was the USB dock was not sent. Not a big deal for me as I have a Dell docking station. The laptop was in excellent condition and has worked flawlessly.

IST Hub not recieved and damaged packaging
I bought because i wanted to use it with my setup, and there was supposed to be an adapter for the monitors and normal pendrives, but there was none in the package. The package bubble wrap was also pretty busted, and when i opened it i was scared that it might not be intact the way i assumed it was handled. Great laptop tho.

Not happy with Dell and not longer a loyal customer
Dell did not refund the full amount of purchase and we even purchase another laptop after we returned the first. If Dell likes to over charge their customers for return then it should be stated with the dollar amount before it purchase and at the moment of the return. Not after the refund is made which Dell taking out $175 from the refund amount. Restock or return cost of $175 should be warn before making a purchase as well at the moment of the return. No warning prior of this from Dell. After being a loyal customer for years this has put me a bad place with Dell.

Touchpad is way too big
The touchpad is everywhere, too sensitive, and then gets overwhelmed. If you don't have perfect form when using your computer, this is not for you. Otherwise, I really like this as bottom of the top, or top of the middle, of the line for regular people.

There is some screen flickering issue on low powermode
When the device isn't running on a charger (like all day while my son is attending college classes), the display periodically flickers / flashes all black. This never happens while a power source is connected, so I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware fault. We couldn't return it when we saw it first since he was away at school. Hoping a software update fixes it.
