I don't often write lengthy reviews, but hopefully I can be helpful to anyone considering these. My expectations have been completely surpassed and I highly recommend them.Firstly, they are very stretchy and 'breathable'. I was expecting something quite dense, but they are super lightweight and give you opportunity to move your lips a little, finding a comfortable position even after application.The adhesive is very sticky and I was concerned about my lips. So, although the instructions say not to use moisturiser etc as it will reduce the effect of the adhesive, I actually do. I put a good amount of lip balm on just my lips then apply the patch, really pressing around my mouth. The adhesive is so good that it stays on all night just from the strength of the part that touches around my lips. This leaves my lips really moisturised too, like a little lip mask every night!I had worried about what would happen when my nose became blocked. However, somehow, having my mouth fully closed all night keeps my nose unblocked and I'm sleeping so much better. I don't fully understand the biology behind this but it must be to do with airways not drying out etc. Anyway, I can breathe easily through my nose all night and wake up refreshed.These have really changed my life. I don't heavily breathe through my mouth, I sleep considerably better and I'm also definitely seeing a subtle change in the definition of my chin and jaw through not having my mouth gaping open 8 hours a night! Give them a go!

Keeps my mouth shut all night and has prevented me from snoring. Wife loves it. Tape itself is stretchy but does the job well. When I put the tape on wonky it feels odd but it is easy to remove and reapply and stills keeps my mouth taped until the morning. I have bought this product multiple times and will to continue to. Great product, good value for money and true to design.

The tape has changed, and not for the better. We’ve been buying this tape for 4+ months and enjoyed it thoroughly. We purchased this pack & the tape is so strong it’s ripped my skin off my face.The smell of the tape is of strong glue, discomforting to sleep with because of the smell & generally they are very tacky that they leave an uneasy amount of glue residue on the face and lips after use. I’m not impressed and won’t be buying again, I will go to another store as I have lost trust in buying another pack of this tape again.

Incorrect application can lead to some wasted strips, but with a sleek black design and ample quantity in each packet, it remains a valuable addition to my sleep hygiene routine.In summary, this sleep tape offers a practical solution to mouth breathing and snoring issues. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep quality and address mouth breathing or snoring issues.

My daughter bought it for herself. I was only curious, so I thought i would just give it a little go to see what it would be like. So impressed, I'm using it all the time now. I've used the product for 1 week now.Once placed over mouth it stays on for the duration of your sleep. I have a beard so I was extremely dubious. I thought that there's no way this would work on a beard. I was so impressed that it stayed on perfectly all night, didn't move at all.The material is soft and comfy, with no odour. The sticky part leaves no residue at all. If you need to take it off, it comes off easily enough, just be gentle and slow. Did not pinch or pull on my beard either when taking it off and sleeping. Sticks back again perfectly. It's very comfortable once you have applied it. I've not tried to use the same peice over multiple nights, but I'm going to give it a try.I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. I thought it would really freak me out wearing it and that I would be waking up all the time in a panic. I sleep on back and both sides. But had caused no issues.It has stopped me talking in my sleep as well. And it's great for scaring the hell out of people in the middle of the night. Lol

The product’s not too bad. It was okay on the first couple uses but it started to cause reactions to my skin on continuous use. The skin on top of my lip started getting extremely dry and sore with some of it peeling off.I don’t want to write a bad review since it could just be my skin and it might not happen to everyone. But this was my experience.However, it’s easy to apply and stays on for the most part. It’s also very breathable.
