Love magic clippers…the trimmer hit perfect straight out the box

I’ve been a Master Barber for over 20 years and used many clippers over the years.I’ve been using the wahl brand for several years now.Been using the cordless for about 4 years.Have the senior,the legend,the outliner.Decided to give the magic combo a shot.Well worth it.They cut excellent.great for fades.The outliner is excellent as well.You won’t be disappointed!

Well first I would like to say I’m so disappointed because I was super excited to purchase such a beautiful set for the price. 😢The first day of opening the package I noticed hair in the blades of the trimmers.🛑The second day the clippers just stopped working in the middle of a haircut. I let sit for the entirety of my shift then decided after not working to return them.This is very sad because this had me pumped and after being disappointed once before from purchasing from Amazon I was willing to give it another shot. I really want the set instead of the return, but at this point I will shop around.The trimmers work fine for children and those with sensitive skin. It gives a neat line.The clippers are great for bulk and did not pull hair.

I am a professional barber, bought this set because I have the original magic clips and wahl seniors. Love them both. Have never bought any of the wahl trimmers, and thought this was a nice looking set for a good price. Well, I am less than a week and the clippers work really well so far but the trimmers are less than to be desired. Unless the hair is super short around the edges it won’t even attempt to cut it. Sounds like it’s grinding rocks trying to cut the hair. I’m gonna try a new blade on them before I completely give up on them, but will definitely suck if I have a pair that are just gonna sit in a drawer and be useless to me. That is the only part about ordering in a set, you can’t just send one part back. Fingers crossed that a new blade works better
