I put these in my daughters' stockings Christmas morning and they really liked them. They have naturally wavy hair and are always looking for the newest styling product!

I wanted to try this tool when I saw the $54 version but am entirely too cheap to do so. I have naturally curly hair and spend a ton of time and effort to maximize my curls following the curly girl method. It gives me flat roots though I’m more accustomed to fullness after being used to the volume of frizz all my life. This tool spears into the roots of my curls and allows me to put product near my roots and then dry it w/ the diffuser. Yes there is a bit of frizz compared to not handling my hair but if you minimize how much you manipulate your hair and just stab into the curl and lift this is minimized. I use this tool every wash day.

These are much larger than portrayed. Very stiff cheap plastic and size made it difficult to maneuver in hair. Will be returning.
