This was as described. It will cut or grind soft non crystalline stone work or tile.I would use water with this still though it will keep it from being grabby and keep the dust down. Price is about what I would expect to pay at the box store.

The most important thing to me when I look for a good blade is - how is the cut. This is not wood which is forgiving but hard materials: tile, marble, concrete, etc... It chips, you cut it wrong and its game over...no forgiveness. This blade did a nice job of producing a clean straight cut. I dont know how long it'll last, it feels like it should last quite awhile. Good value blade for the money.
