Different model number
I received the product on time but wrong model number since I ordered Dell 7290 as described in amazon website but they delivered Dell 5290 even though it is of high quality,well packaged and I have not seen any damages at the moment.

Dell warranty not applicable on this product.
Purchased this product and the SSD hard disk crashed. Contacted Dell and they informed that this is a Canadian product and does not have warranty. Had to get the hard disk replaced at my own cost. Sent a message to the seller about this and was informed that the warranty is provided by the seller/ distributor for one year and that too laptop has to be sent to the seller to repair, service is not on-site . Dell latitude laptops normally come with 3 year on site warranty globally. Product information is not correct on the listing. Please be aware.
