3 months in and I can see hair growth at hairline etc. I do all the right things such as silk pillow, silk hair turban at night, appropriate shampoo and hairbrush. But I have seen actual new baby hair growth since taking. Slow process and you’ve got to nurture and protect new growth. Patience and consistency is key.

I have used biotin for years and nowadays there is a plethora of quality brands offering the same high (possibly a bit too high) biotin amount. But some have smaller and easier to swallow capsules

I have been taking this supplement on and off for quite some time. I have had quite a lot of hair shedding recently due to various factors and I can see baby hairs starting to grow. You only take one tablet daily. As it is such a high strength dose, I am going to start taking one tablet every second day. Igennus supplements are made here in the UK by a family in Cambridge. The quality and ingredients are top notch. No nasties or unnecessary fillers are used. You can get cheaper alternatives that are not as good but why would you want to put rubbish into your body when you are trying to help yourself?

Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken und gut verträglich. Ob mein Haarausfall davon gestoppt wird? Zumindest scheint es weniger zu werden.

El producto esta muy bien. Las pastillas son muy pequeñitas asé que fáciles de tragar. El único inconveniente que hay es que huelen muy mal, pero bueno, es normal debido al Zinc que tiene como ese olor metálico. Para mi no es ningun problema.
