I am pleased with this battery charger and how it works. Took me a while to figure out that when Icharge my phone with the battery pack on it, both the charger and the phone charge.So, it does take a while to charge but, my apple phone was lasting 3 hours at best, and I didn't want to buy a new phone and this thing works. Very happy. FYI it's a bit heavy but who cares. .. it works...

The case charges the phone very well but it doesn’t fit well when the case itself needs to be recharged. At fist it worked well but within 2-3 weeks it’s not impossible to recharge the case. I’ve used 6-7 different brands of cables and none work. It’s a problem with the case and therefore I don’t think it’s worth buying.

Does a good job of charging but it is heavy and adds extra weight to my purse. My grandsons think it’s much too heavy and I should have returned it but I didn’t. When I hold it alone it still seems heavy.

plug in battery case while connected to phone.. does not always charge the phone.. there seems to be no magic trick to make it work, so I have to constantly take the two apart. and charge them seperatly.. not sure what the secret is.. but its not what I expected.. plug it in charge both battery and iphone? sometimes, sometimes not.

We were doing good up until yesterday. It stopped charging the phone after less than 3 months. Too late for refund. The dangling cord it uses instead of the connector being built in and not exposed is probably the cause for the failure. Going to try a different brand
