Excelente producto para personas con histaminosis alimentaria. Me pasó que lo usé dos veces por día, pero elevó mis niveles de ácido fólico mucho más de los niveles normales. Recomiendo sólo usar una vez al día y medir los niveles de folato con frecuencia.

Desde que empezó a tomarlo mi urticaria desapareció claro que antes de hacer la compra tuve que investigar más al principio estaba dudoso, pero ya había probado todos los antialergicos de 1er y 2da generación y solo la Zyrtec me estaba haciendo efecto, pero desde que comenze a tomar NartuDao la urticaria a desaparecido considerablemente antes tenía que tomar la Cetirizina cada 8 horas ahora solo 1 diaria estoy muy contento con los resultados y ya poco a poco puedo volver a comer sin restricciones, claro que tengo que cuidarme y no abusar de los alimentos altos en histamina pero es un excelente comienzo con el producto y resultados visibles en muy poco tiempo, puedo tomar lacteos y comer huevos sin problema cuando anteriormente eso me hacía daño, le doy las 5 estrellas fue una maravillosa desicion

I took another brand that worked decently but another friend told me to try this. I like the other brand except it’s not vegetarian and this is. Long story short I took it and had a very bad reaction. I ended up having to go to the urgent care for a rash that appeared all over my body. Rating this as a 1/5 stars for that. I guess I am just allergic to something in it and didn’t know or my histamine intolerance just didn’t like this brand in particular. I would say give it a try if you feel like your body can handle it. But if you’re very sensitive like I am then be cautious.

While the product "helped" reduce nausea and vomiting, not eliminate by any means, it had NO effect at all on the respiratory system reaction nor rashes.I did test it tho. Over 3 weeks with various foods, feeling well or not, etc.For example:Homemade spaghetti and meatballs in tomato sauce. While I was able to eat more of the meal than I thought I would, the violent sneezing, wheezing and arm rashes were as bad as ever. First time, I got thru 3 bites - typical amount - before giving up and running to the bathroom. Vomiting brought it under control. The nasal reaction lasted hours tho.The next day I tried again. This was better. Ate more of it. Yum. Only little reaction. Maybe it was more than 5 minutes last time? Maybe my gut was primed to react with prior meals? As usual, no easy answers.Tried again (each time trying to finish the only meal) next day. NO!!! Probably histamine buildup by then. You all know what I mean... But obviously the caplets didn't work at all.Other more common foods, those I would be able to tolerate usually, fresh and not histamine provoking etc, I only tested once or twice - why waste the expensive tablets I thought. There I was fine during and after.But would I have been anyway? Placebo effect?If you have the histamine intolerance you know what I mean when I say a few bites of the "wrong" foods, sometimes unaware that they are! can ruin your hours and day(s) ahead. This product is helpful (only) for preventing that. But. You cannot blithely go and eat whatever you want. I'd use it as insurance when out with others so you don't find yourself in a bad situation. But a heal-all? The holy Grail for us? No. Sad to say.Life goes on. Sigh.Won't be repurchasing. Not worth the $$$.

I have been using DAO for almost two weeks and find it effective. I haven't had any side effects; in fact, I felt great after using it for only a day or two. I started with 3 tablets a day but decided to cut back to two. I eat pretty healthy and try not to eat foods that trigger my histamines. But most foods have some histamines, so that's why I take it.

Did nothing to help my stomach issues, but maybe histamine isn’t the root cause 🤷🏼‍♀️
