the bike is ok but the gears did not work, I called the customer care but they are just fooling around and saying there will be a call on ur number an message them ur problem its ridiculous that i just bought and assembled it and then found out that the rear tyer is rubbing the frame and its next o impossible to move around with this i wasted 9000 on it don't buy this .

The cycle is good though the delivery and service is slow.They sent a new seat bracket, after my complaint - as the original one was faulty. Delivery took more than 15 days.However, the seller is responsive and the product appearance/performance is acceptable.

The cycle is pretty sturdy and I haven't faced any functionality issues in the past 3 months. It looks sleek and provides a smooth ride.

Cycle is good quality and as described, it's has free dietician consultation. I have received the call for same and Dietician "Ranjitha" has approached for the same.She is absolutely great listen all my concern and queries so patiently. Then given her valuable plan and advice.

I would not recommend purchasing this cycle. I bought it for my son, but unfortunately, it has several issues. Both the shock absorber and the gear system have manufacturing defects. What's more disappointing is the poor after-sales support—I reached out multiple times, but the company has not responded to address the problem. It's been a frustrating experience. I suggest saving your money and choosing a more reliable brand.
