These are wonderful. I don't want to put on my shoes without them. I really did not think that my pinky bunion was my main problem, as I have a bunion at the bottom of big toe which doesn't hurt yet ( so we aren't doing anything for it yet) Wearing these just makes my feet feel a lot better for some reason.

I have two bunions and I'm trying to put off surgery. I have tried to rig padding on my regular shoes and thought this might be the answer For me personally, it just want enough padding and was pretty tight I wear an 8 wide shoe regularly. I think anyone with a bigger foot would find these too tight.

My podiatrist suggested this product and it has brought so much comfort! It’s perfect for home and in shoes to help ease the pain but for me it did move and curl up. Still better than having nothing though. Good for driving. It just moves when walking.

I have an issue with the outside of my foot. The podiatrist made a pad to put there, but I only had one. I bought these because they seemed to be similar to what he did. They work well. I wear them almost every day, they relieve the pressure on the outside of the foot and the bunionette seems better.

Should have done a better job of reading the reviews. Saw someone mention that they are tight on an 11EE so figured they would be perfect for me. Wrong. I ordered (and was delivered) a size Large. I have US men's size 9.5 feet which are fairly narrow other than a tailors bunion. While I was ultimately able to get them on, I was afraid they may rip in the process. They are really, really tight almost to the point that I am afraid they would block blood-flow to the toes. The size Large "might" fit comfortably on a men's Size 8 but probably closer to a US men's 7 or 7.5.I also wonder if Amazon is sending out different products under the same SKU. The box mine came in looks nothing like the box that is in the one review that has a picture (that box is purple and mine is a medical looking white and blue box that says "Bunion Corrector for Little Toe" on the top). If your foot is larger than US men's size 8, look else-where. If you are less than an US size 8, these seem OK with a decent gel pad on the side that might be helpful to some.

I've only used them twice but wow, they really help! The 1st time I put them on was honestly instant relief. I haven't tried to wear them with shoes and the directions say to slowly increase the wear time but so far I'm very happy with the outcome and relief from the foot pain.

Read the other comments...so I am shocked it works so well. A little small, but not much, and it should be tight. Took the pain and the rubbing away immediately. For the price, this is a great product, and I am not disappointed at all as it does exactly what it is supposed to do which is provide comfort.
