Ho acquistato questa fibra solubile perché su un libro che parla dei batteri intestinali si consigliava di consumarne prima di un pasto per ridurre l'apporto calorico... E quindi per dimagrire. In generale comunque sono un toccasana per l'intestino e quindi anche per le difese immunitarie. Non fanno miracoli, ma mangiando molto leggero la sera e aiutandomi con queste compresse riesco a perdere un pochino di peso e a sgonfiare la pancia. Rispetto ad altri marchi questa mi è sembrata un pelino più economica, tenendo presente che si tratta di una quantità che permette di coprire 3 mesi.
