I've been looking for this for years. Seriously, I have allergies and invariably there is something in a spice mix that hates me, or has too much salt and/or chemicals or it's way too expensive. It's also too expensive for me to buy all the ingredients to make my own so I regularly browse for a spice mix I can or want to have. Well, I found it. This mix is perfect. I cook organically from scratch almost everything I eat and I haven't found anything savory this doesn't enhance. To test it I roasted chicken breasts with only a little unsalted butter and this spice mix and it was great. I did add salt after the test because I like it but for the first time ever, and I'm not a young person, I could happily do without it. After grinding some in my spice/coffee grinder so it's all powder, I put it in a spice container for convenience and the remainder in a canning jar for freshness- and so I can use it that way, too. Be careful pouring, it wafts to your nose and makes you sneeze. The strength of the smell tells me that it's fresh. This is well worth the price, its organic, tastes great and will last. I'm tempted to buy several so if it goes away I'll still have some. This is one of the longest reviews I've ever written so that says something about how much I like it.

This is a great all around seasoning with less salt!

This is by far one of the best no salt seasoning that I’ve tasted. It’s full of flavor. It covers meats and vegetables well. This is my second time ordering. I’ve also ordered for other framing members. Great amount great price great purchase.

Great taste but lots of garlic

By far the absolute best seasoning on the market. It should win awards. Inuse it in EVERYTHING. Best on pizza and pasta but also amazing in mashed potatoes, on steak, chicken pork, shrimp. Love it on potatoes and eggs! So much flavor and the texture is solid. The smell is Soooo good NO salt i wish it came in a 5 gal bucket! Lol

This seasoning mix is very good because it has a good mix of vegetables and spices. I like that it is organic and does not have MSG. I like that it gives a lot of flavor but you do need to put a good amount and add some type of broth or liquid to get the spices to release the taste onto the food. I used two tablespoons of seasoning to one pound of ground meat or chicken. I have also used it on green beans. This seasoning is not salty at all but it does have a good flavor. You would need to play with it until you get the taste that you like. You do need to cook the food a little while before tasting because the seasoning needs to slowly get into the food. This seasoning definitely helps reduce the need for salt but if you need to add salt, it will not be much. I am pleased with this seasoning and recommend it.

It has a nice citrus hint. Great on chicken

The seasoning is okay. I can see a lot of ingredients when it hydrates, but it just doesn’t have much flavor.
