Was able to stack pies
I thought about getting a couple sturdy plastic pie carriers with a handle instead of these for almost the same price, but I don't have too much extra storage space so I decided to take my chance with these. I was able to make 2 pies and stack them on top of each other, which I wouldn't have been able to do with one of the larger handled carriers. They survived a 300 mile drive in the trunk stacked and arrived in great condition. I did put a grippy trivet under each pie plate to keep it from jostling around in the container too much. The containers feel like they might be a bit flimsy, but once the tops were on they held up well, even to being carried with one arm. They fit a 9" Pyrex pie plate perfectly, but thankfully the plastic isn't rigid because they took up the whole thing, and I needed to bend the pie carrier a bit to get a few fingers in there under the pie to lift it out. They also survived the top rack of my dishwasher without warping, but I didn't do any kind of extra hot sanitize cycle when I washed them. And, lastly, they will nest together if you're looking to conserve storage space, but I recommend sliding a paper towel between them on the sides so they don't get stuck together. Overall, they seem a bit pricey for what they are and how thin the plastic is, but I was very satisfied with their performance and the ability to nest them for storage.

Perfect for Pie!
The size is perfect for pies or small size goodies. They are durable, easy to close and open, and pretty colors for the holiday season! They kept my desserts fresh for a few weeks. Great Purchase and recommend for gifting or to take.

A little flimsy
This is the perfect size for carrying pies to gatherings, which is what I got it for. Also great for cookies and cupcakes. When you nest them for storage, they are a little hard to get apart but not a deal breaker for me. I am choosing not to nest them, though! The plastic is lightweight but works well for its intended purpose.

Really handy for stacking
I needed to bring two pies to a party, but couldn't find a pie/cake carrier with two layers, so I bought these. The pies fit will in the container and I was able to stack one on top of the other to bring them to my event. I also kept the leftovers in the containers and they kept everything nice and fresh tasting in my fridge.

Won’t fit all 9” pie pans
These are good quality containers. But keep in mind that these will not work for all 9” pie pans. These are more suited for 8”. I am barely able to fit my no frills glass pie pans, but not disposable 9” pie tins, or my more decorative glass pans. Also, the top rim circumference is is 10.5” but the bottom is almost a half inch narrower. So that is something to keep in mind. These ended up being perfect to store filament rolls for our 3D printer.

Improved Packaging
I recently (December 2020) ordered several pairs of these containers from Amazon. I admit I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews and watching Jenn L's amusing video of her struggle to separate a pair of the container bases. I'm happy to report they are no longer shipped with one container base "telescoped" into the other. Instead, they're shipped with the lid on each container, stacked and shrink wrapped in pairs. They may be just a bit less durable than Tupperware, and the lids don't snap on quite as securely, but they're roughly 1/3 the price, and more than adequate for my needs (storing Tormek grinding wheels).

Don't hold larger pies. If you stack them, can't easily unstack
Worst Amazon product for most money I bought this year. When I could not put my large pies in these at Thanksgiving, having already washed them, I bought new pie pans, thinking the little handles on my other ones were issue. Well, doesn't hold ANY large pie plates. Then, thinking I could use them for cookies at Christmas, I stacked them up. Went to put cookies in last night and could not pull them apart because the plastic is so thin. Had to put them in a different container. Today, I poured hot water over them and worked very hard to pull each one apart. But I do not want to use space to store useless pie holders with their lids on. They are large... just not large enough. So.$40 down the drain. What a terrible product.
