This is a beautiful clip. It is also heavy. I really do love it, but it doesn't hold my hair well. I have medium short hair that sits at my shoulders. It is thick but it just isn't enough for the design and weight of this clip.

Very nice heavy metal made. The color is great and still hasn’t tarnished with frequent wear in some very thick hair. My only complaint is that I wish it had a few more gripping “teeth” for extra hold.

It's a metal claw clip, so it's very durable. Very strong, but I'd be careful when you put it in your hair so you're not stabbing your head. And I also don't recommend wearing it while you drive.

The girl in the picture either has the head of a child or she is a child. Unless you use as a half pony style to sweep the hair out of your face, or have thin hair don't buy this. I used it my 16 year old for her homecoming dance look, and even though she loved the clip, we had to use Bobby pins to help hold the other curls in place because it was too small for her thick hair. So basically it's cute but slightly ineffective for long thick hair.

I thought it would be too heavy at first but it holds my hair really well.

I won’t lie, the teeth at a little sharp in these compared to others but it’s so cute. I have medium length and thickness hair and it works amazing!
