Came complete, early and with a bag of spare bolts!
I was a little concerned from the fair amount of reviews that said theirs came missing parts and nuts and bolts. Maybe the company took the negative reviews to heart. Someone said they didn't like how you had to open up all 5 the boxes before you can start putting it together and another said they didn't like how the instructions where just pictures of where the parts go with no description. Both of those are true. But for me it was no big deal opening all the boxes first, organizing and tossing the packaging and laying out the parts nice and organized. Then I went to the steps in the book. The pictures were so easy to read my kid could have put it together. It only took me 3 1/2 hours to put together alone. All the nuts, bolts and washers were sealed in separate packaging for each step and labeled; Step 1, Step 2, etc. It's really solid with no creaking when using it. The tubing used is really solid and there are all kinds of muscle groups you can work out with it. For the price it's almost all you need. I got a separate elliptical machine for warmups then onto the universal gym. This machine is worth the price, most equipment that does the same thing is twice the price. I'd recommend it.

Great set
A bit of a pain to find the parts in stock, but it came with everything needed. The instruction book was easy to follow and has the plans for the upgraded kits as well so when I am ready to add parts it is a simple process. Not a lot of weight and the increments are a bit different from what you would see at the gym, but a really nice set. Just a heads up, depending on which set you got it takes up a lot of room. The base set takes up about a 6 foot long by 4 foot wide space. but needs more to use all the features such as the rowing attachment in the front.

Assembly is challenging - but possible (FULL REVIEW)
I read a ton of reviews before buying and everyone said the same thing so I’ll add to it - Assembly is a challenge but possible.1: directions are just photos of the completed step. There are no words directing you on what to do.2: when rigging the cables start at the end with the largest point and work your way back pulley by pulley. I had to redo this one.3: set comes in several box’s and although the boxes are labeled 1, 2, and so on… the parts are mixed so you’ll need to open ALL the boxes (even the smaller ones inside the large ones) to access all the parts needed. Setup steps do not correlate to the box numbers.4: prepare to get dirty. The set comes fresh from china and they rush the powered coating on the metal. You will get black powder everywhere. Clean before use.OVERALL: pretty impressed to be honest. It’s built well for the price. Set up is tricky, but my set had everything in box.PERKS: all the moving parts work together so you don’t need to swap cables and do modifications to change to another work out.CONS: I’d recommend replacing the actual factory included handles. Those are kinda cheap.

Do not buy! lies about features not present
The system is well designed and well engineered likely by an American. However they claim many things this system does NOT HAVE! for example like most I needed more than 120lbs of weight for various exercises. This model specifically states with added resistance it can provide 330lbs but it DOESN'T have the resistance feature and the manufacture just says sorry you purchased the wrong model and take ZERO responsibility for the lies and it's alot more than the resistance feature. *** I Was planning to create my own resistance mechanism after getting over being cheated by another chinese product once again and gosh you'd think we would learn??? ... but then after getting the really disrepsectful reply from the manufacture on China time zone days later in the middle of the night I'm definitely not keeping it even if it was FREE.. disassembly and pack this crap up (however it can be jammed in the boxes and sending it back.

Happy customer
I ordered the M750 (boxes 1-5) and have been using the machine for about 2 weeks now. Assembly took my mechanically inclined husband and brother-in-law about 4 hours. It is a practice in patience and they found a video online more helpful than the instruction booklet. We were aware of these challenges based on other reviews, so just bear in mind if you buy this machine it won’t be quick and easy. To be fair, that’s probably the case with most any at home gym of this size and function, so I don’t want to be overly critical on that point. After 2 weeks, I’m extremely happy with this home gym and it’s versatility. The charts on the machine show a limited set of moves, but it really does allow for a great variety of strength training moves when you swap out the bars and ankle cuff. I like that these can be easily switched and moved around. After using the machine a couple times I purchased a separate set of hand straps that I use with both the top and bottom pulleys for more variety too.The only downside I see at this point is that as a 5’4 female, I have full range of motion on most moves and can easily get to and from seating and standing positions. I’m not sure this machine would be comfortable for someone much bigger/taller. Even I feel a little cramped when doing chest flys and moves from the seated position can be hindered by the chest fly/press bars.Overall, this is a quality machine worth the price and I’m happy with my purchase.

Great machine
For those who dont understand... the weight stscj is what it says, but the cabling system increases the resistance of the stack to equal more weight. No you cannot add weights and there is no switch to make it heavier. The type of exercise you do, determines the increase. Usually its bench press that is the highest..User weight limit not 400 lbs, but 375.That said... solid build, takes a while, but do it right with a torque wrench. Smooth motion.
