FEL-PRO VS 50724 R Valve Cover Gasket Set

Got these for my 2002 ford thunderbird, had her 2 years almost and one day she started misfiring. I had read all the info you can find online (not a lot) and it came down to one of several things, bad coil, bad spark plug, leaking gaskets or all the above. Yeah its that vague and I had no engine light coming up telling me which cylinder was affected. After removing the coils I found oil on them so gaskets, trust me no easy job but these new ones fit in there spots perfectly, just wish a sheet came to say what bit is for what as some of it is head scratching at times as so many bits are similar. Word of advice, if like me you find the old ones are either missing (yep one gasket for a cylinder was missing, mystery there) of melted goo off gets it cleaned up nicely. I used these gaskets and seals on my 1004 Ford T-bird engine and followed the Ford Service Manuel to get a good job with no leaks.

Good gasket set. Had all the O rings and gaskets for the valve covers on my 2004 Ford Thunderbird. The seemingly extra little O ring is for the oil filler tube that you have to remove as part of the process.

These fit my vehicle just like it was suppose too. The gasket is a tight fit, so I used some silicon to help it stay in place.

I installed this in my 2005 Lincoln LS V8 after I developed an oil leak. This is supposed to be a better material than OEM. It's lasted at least 10k miles so far without a problem.

I haven't use this product. It looks like it will do the job & from a reputable company. will put review in after my work is done.
