I noticed a difference after first use. I use daily and they do work.

Ended up with a terrible stomach ache and head of throw them away. I actually ended up in the emergency room from the pain

Wish I could say I've notice a difference. Sure it hasn't hurt me but don't think it's done anything drastic to help. Still bloated near my period taking 2 a day.

I usually experience bloating after meals and especially after dairy products and certain vegetables. I gave these a try as they contain all natural ingredients that are more soothing to my gut, unlike digestive enzymes which have made my gut issues worse in the past. I noticed a big difference with the amount of bloating and gas about an hour after taking them. I now take them daily to avoid bloating, gas, discomfort and there is a noticeable difference. Highly recommend.

really helps with digestion, take a few of these before a large meal and sometimes after if I forget and I feel a difference. They taste great and are sugar free as well
