Not sure why I believed the reviews and bought this piece of junk. Too good to be true yup! my bad for buying this wast of money.

I got the smaller size but liked it so much, I ended up getting the larger one. Although, it doesn’t ‘work’ well in a hot room, the fabric itself actually cools quickly and works best with moving air passing over it to cool it. The silky side is noticeably cooler than the soft/fuzzy side so you can sort of adjust how cool it feels this way. The two sides are two different fabrics that are only joined at the edges so it can get a bit jumbled when tossing and turning but it’s not hard to fix again. It’s inexpensive and very effective under certain conditions, much more so than more complex cooling systems so it’s definitely worth trying first over more expensive alternatives. I find it works really well for my hot flashes, keeping my overall body temp cooler so they are less intense and don’t last as long.

If I could give zero, I would. I am menopausal. The wasn't any better than my sheets!! Complete waste of money!!!

I ordered one a long time ago and my husband loved it so much so I ordered a huge one for us and another to give to my brother. It works really well keeping us cool. It's light, double sided, and very breathable.
