A fine, neutral tasting oil, suitable for all cooking.
A very fine Rapeseed oil.This is a 1 litre bottle.Rapeseed oil is a very neutral tasting oil, which makes it particularly suitable to baking, and flash frying, assuming you don't want to impart any flavour.It heats to a very high temperature without, chemical alteration, so is great forDeepfat frying.As I say, it's very good in baking. If I'm making any kind of sponge based bake, I always use this oil instead of butter, it gives you a much lighter, moister cake.It's 92% fat. Well, it would be as it's oil, but only 7% of that consists of harmful saturates.Overall, this is a great, mild tasting oil, that is suitable for all types of cooking, and I have happily bought this more than once.I hope you found this review helpful.

Bright, beautiful and tasty
I've used this Rapeseed Oil for many years now. Unlike other oils, this has a lovely flavour and I love the yellowness of the oil while cooking. I'm no cooking expert. But it does seem to give off less smoke than some other oils. It's also great in dressings
