Perfect for when I do beach my beach work outs. The different band strenghts can be used for light arm work outs or for deep lunges with extra resistance. Seems pretty sturdy and just what I needed. Not much more to say, they work well and if you needs bands these are fine.

Great price, the only thing I don’t like is that they’re a little too wide. Would have preferred them be smaller. I’m 5’2 with a small frame so I definitely need to have a square stance or greater. Otherwise, they will fall to my ankles.

Nice resistance, but slippery
Hard to use these because they slide around so much. Not a grippy material like other bands I've used.

Great for doing stretches on the go
I am trying to work out with my husband, so I got us both set and I love how they’re a bit wider, especially since I have a bad hand and wrist, so it’s easier for me to grab and hold onto it also doesn’t pinch when you wrap it around your hand.

Love these bands. Bought for work to do slight work outs throughout the day. Will need to buy another for home. Great size, thickness, and easy around legs. Tie to a locked drawer and work arms.
