I tried this after using other melatonin tablets from Carbmide Forte and Boldfit. The gummies are very sweet and of excellent flavor. Doubtful when they say it does not contain added sugar since it is so sweet.Does the job of putting it to sleep fairly well in 45-60 mins. But since its only 3mg, i keep waking up at 3/4 am at times. So mostly have to use 2 gummies. But satisfied with the product.

It was my 2nd time ordering the product. The 1st time I did it, my experience was brilliant but this time, it is horrible and a complete waste of money. They've most likely changed the product. The texture of the gummy is different and it is NOT effective. It has ZERO effects on you.I can't talk about sleep quality because it does not make you sleep!And you know the worst part, I had ordered 2 bottles so all of those gummies are just useless to me now.
