Cutting
Easy to use

It cut through Hardie board siding like butter and without dust or the harsh inhalation of the dust created by cutting it with saw blades. Just remember to cut it from the back side for straight smooth cuts. Don’t cut it from the front side or you will get beat up cuts that are not as pretty.

The sheers are pretty good. Better than expected. The "genuine" sheers are so expensive and these Vevor sheers seem to work almost as well. The cut is a little wide therefore giving a slightly rough edge to the cut but this rarely matters in truth. If you don't want to spend $350 AUD then these are a great alternative.

I was able to use the tool to complete my project but the tool’s locking mechanism didn’t work and I had to clamp it get it to hold in place. It was inexpensive, got the job done but it’s not one of the finest tool purchases I have made.
