Headset works well on bluetooth connections but the wireless usb toggle stopped working after 1 week. Probably defective and needs changing

My husband works from home and loves these! I can care for are young grand kids while he is working and his clients can’t hear the kids in the next room! My husband doesn’t either. He has walked our home and had no problem being able to speak with a client. They are comfortable and easy to control the volume.. It’s been well over a year and still very happy with them! Bluetooth works great, easy to use! My husband has gone through so many headsets these have held up the longest! Definitely worth the money!

Product arrived with an intermitent problem where it will not connect to the dongle. I contacted Jabra support and after some back and forth they said it seems to be a defective product but... This seller ISN'T A CERTIFIED JABRA RESELLER so Jabra won't replace the product, and the return window on Amazon has expired since a few days. So I'm stuck with a defective 400$+ product.

Love this headset.I can wear it all day long.Twelve hours plus without any issues and yeah, the battery will last. Oh, and did I mention when i'm not on a call?The music out of these things is phenomenal. Finally, when I'm on a plane, I use the active noise counseling and I don't hear the jet noise. My only complaint is that because the microphone comes down to talk and you could put it up to mute, you do get wear and tear on it and it will fail after about 2 years of heavy use. But if you get the warranty, they send you a brand new one? No questions asked, and then I just passed along the other one for stereo use.
