This is a superb book is absolutely essential because it addresses the worldwide prevalence of nihilism in our times. So many individuals of all backgrounds are overcome by a sense of worthlessness and view life as meaningless. Millions of people are tragically sedating themselves from the realities of life through fatuous entertainment, alcohol and drugs just to get though their materialistic lives. In this excellent book Yusaf systematically deconstructs nihilism from its roots and provides a cure through proven Islamic ethics and values. Crucially, Yusaf speaks from his own personal experience from battling deep depression and anxiety, to eventually experiencing the bliss and fulfilment that can only be attained through a sincere reconnection with Allah. It is a very accessible work with little jargon making it extremely accessible to all audiences. Another splendid addition to the growing Sapience Institute book collection. Bravo

I converted to Islam over 20 years ago but found this book so beneficial, its very well written and easy to read while still having so much depth and points to pause and reflect on. I look forward to more books from Br Yusuf inshaallah as he writes well.
