The product arrived ahead of schedule. The product was just as described. I would recommend this for all work on small and medium sized painting projects. This would be a 'purchase' again without a doubt.

I like it very much, gets the jobs done. My only issue with it is that it untwists very easily.

The tied on anchor ball keeps falling off and there's really no solutionto replace the string used to keep it in place. It's makes it not very sturdy when in the middle of painting a difficult area.

It seems just fine, but the rod is red metal and the leather is dyed purple. I can live with it, I guess, but I expected it to be natural materials, like wood and natural leather color, as is shown in the image. The color is distracting when one is working on a canvas.

Originally, when I ordered the Mahl Stick, I thought that I would receive an oak dowel-like stick. But, being ok was receiving an aluminum 2-piece rod that screws in together. What I thought was not ok was, that the 2 rods are color mis-matched and the bottom part being scratched up as previously used before? The purpose and use is the same as other sticks although, when screwed together, they are slightly unaligned. Might not be a problem unless you use to draw straight lines.

It works well but is a little thin and the pieces don’t line up perfectly.

Came scratched and used. Not secure and wobbles.

Its heavy and not very user friendly
