Great ayurvedic product for sore throat and coughs
Kanthil is the only cough medicine I know of that is without sugar therefore ideal for diabetics. Have used it successfully for bronchitis. Have been using Kanthil for years and am always happy. Small enough to carry in a coat pocket or leave a pack in the car.

These are fantastic for the mild coughs, colds and blocked nose. They are pricier than they would be in India but still ;) .. would certainly recommend it to people who know about it already.
