I have to big pieces of cartilage gone on my right knee which was causing me issues. My work is physical and after taking these, movement is better and free of pain. Placebo could also be an effect as it’s proven to work. I will keep taking those until further notice.

I have been taking UC-II for 2-3 years now and it's a much effective supplement than Glucosamine. I practice Japanese martial arts for years and kneeling or jumping up from a kneeling position etc. is a common feature of the art.
