Comfortable
Good value for money. We have used this product for 12 months + and still find it as comfortable as it was when we got it. It offers good support but is not too firm either. It is nice and thick and our deep sheets fit nicely onto it. Would certainly buy this product again.

Great price and excellent customer service
The mattress is superb. Comfortable and firm. At such a cheap price you don't normally expect much, but this is the quality of a premium mattress. You get quick a descent amount of soft velvety memory foam. The springs are not felt whilst laying down, overall great thickness to the mattress.On the side of customer service, I had a slight delay and conflicting information about tracking (not this company fault). I contacted the seller and the level of customer service that I received was amazing. The 2 kind and helpful ladies (Megan & Sarah) were quick to reply and resolve the issue. I can't commend these 2 any more than I have, they were helpful and friendly making me the customer their most important concern.A++++++++++ Highly recommended seller and product.Thank you Megan & Sarah

Good value for money. Using as a guest bed. Wouldn’t recommend for long term sleeping as it’s quite spongey
