Perfect, cooks as it should at a good price too!

This thing's great. Mine shipped from Spain (to Ireland, might be different for the UK), took about a week to arrive. It's good quality, not huge, but more than adequate. Disassembles for easy cleaning. The thermometer is a nice touch. A great way to turn meat scraps into deli meats at home.

Love it. Very easy to make a homemade ham. Just need to find recipe you like.

How did I manage without one for so long? You're only limited by your imagination. Diced chicken, minced beef & pork, mixed par-cooked vegetables bound with egg & breadcrumbs. All seasoned to ones liking. You can even line the outside with bacon for additional succulence. Very useful.

brought this as i recently got a meat slicer and wanted to have a go at making my own meat for slicing can say it has so far worked great with chicken deli and turkey deli style meat easy to use and great to slice after for sandwiches

J'adore, les possibilités sont multiples, tester pour faire un jambon de dinde, délicieux ! Se nettoie facilement (inox) le thermomètre peut également servir à part ! Pour toutes ceux qui souhaitent faire plus de choses maison et qui on du temps ! (La cuisson est longue mais au final ça vaut le coup)

troppo bello! La carne viene ottima, noi abbiamo accorciato i tempi e viene ancora meglio, spesso usiamo i pezzi interi ( collo, spalla, fesa) e non tagliate a pezzi. 48h di marinatura e viene ottimo. l'ascia possibilita di mangiare senza nessun conservane! ora lo proveremo con il polipo!! ottimo acquisto.

Le couvercle présente des bords tranchants. Objet dangereux. À éviter. Je le retourne immédiatement.
