I bought the BLACK+DECKER Portable Digital Handheld Garment Steamer expecting a reliable and easy way to remove wrinkles, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The device gets hot, yet no steam comes out at all, completely defeating its purpose. I followed all the instructions carefully, but it still didn’t work. I’ve already scheduled a return and hope they pick it up and refund my money soon. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. I do not recommend this product, it’s frustrating and a waste of time.

Best buy so far It is worth it, you may need to buy a stand to make the steaming easy.

The product started spitting water along with the steam. Malfunctioning. Poor quality.

it stopped working and it is still under warranty but i don't know how to ask for fixing

This steamer is actually really good it works as an iron and steamer both

I just used this today and It was so easy! Just plug it in and push the button. I used it to clean up some messed up folds on my dads collard shirts and worked great! Very quick and easy a great option that's way more conveinet then an iron. We also use steamers every dance season for costumes and such. Works magic and is a must have for those types of sports.

it is nice when a product actually works well, this steamer takes out nearly all wrinkles in my bedsheets
