The bike shipped quick, box was in good shape, there were a few scratches on the bike from rubbing together, and the basket is made out of a cheap plastic. The worst part was putting it together, it does not come with the tools fyi. The handle bars were hard to get in, the instructions were not as clear as they could have been, there is a youtube video, but it does not explain the steps as you go, just has music. The breaks were the most difficult part to get right. Overall the bike seems to be good. Just have someone else build it.
