I bought this product to make my own coconut butter. It worked great. Much less expensive to make your own! I was having a challenge finding the brand I like so that is no longer a problem. And I am saving money.

I liked that this prduct was organic and the taste was delicious. I make keto macaroons with this coconut and it worked fine .

These are great for macarons! The fine shred is where it’s at, makes the texture of the cookie more balanced. That’s all I have used for it so far.
