touchpad broke straight away
beautiful laptops very quick but touchpad broke straight away. had to disable touchpad in settings and plug in mouse instead. will have to sort out getting a replacement with my manager as it was purchased for work.so unfortunate as it is a great wee laptop and would rather a replacement than refund :(

Poor performance and speed
The celeron processor makes the computer very slow to respond. Thus good when you need a large screen but anything more than a simple xl program and it struggles. My micro sd card has been swallowed in teh Td socket and I cannot retrieve it

KEYBOARD OVERLAY NEEDED
Quality of build good; initially had a power issue (wouldn't charge) but maybe user error (mine) in not connecting correctly. Keyboard: needed to use one of the overlays supplied to operate in English UK layout.My brief use suggests - as expected - processor a bit slow in windows 11.

This computer specs are weak and overpriced.
Please do not buy this laptop. This spec laptops are max worth GBP400. So you can calculate hoe much overpriced it is. For this prices what is listed you can buy 100x better laptop.

My go to brand!
This is my 3rd purchase of this little known brand and I must say I'm suitably impressed hence a further purchase. This one is massive ...the screen is huge so makes it ideal for watching films on when on the move. It's got a really good processor that copes with multi tasks. The track pad is also a beast .. so makes it easy to navigate around websites without missing the track pad. The colours on screen are excellent and sound is more than adequate. I'm really impressed with everything about this .. no negatives at all ..just a great all round laptop!
