I love this!! Very useful and helpful. Easy to use. Easy to charge (comes with charging lead). Great for those hot summer days, car journeys, holidays etc. I use this for work as I am a support worker and my place of work can be a very very warm environment.

We've managed to sell this to a lot of people after buying ours (bought one for my sister whilst in labour during the heatwave and she loved it).Not too loud or intrusive, and extremely cooling during hot days. Battery lasts a good while too and doesn't take a long time to recharge.

This was a perfect birthday present for my father who suffers badly in the heat. This is a great product to wear anywhere and keeps your face feeling cool. The only downside is, it is quite loud when it’s on a high setting but you can look over that as the price is great.

Its good, the product works fine and blows cold air out but it doesn't fully hit everywhere you want, it cools down most of your head and neck but doesn't fully cool you down. Quality is ok for price.

I bought 3 of these as gifts for my sisters and father a very handy item to have around. My sister lives in Spain and my other sister visits often. This will be handy for the hot weather they'll experience along with helping when her copd causes her to be a bit breathless. My elderly father can stay cool when temperatures in uk a bit muggy and also if feeling feverish at any time ...whats not to like...they are decent quality,comfortable to wear and the battery life seems to be good so happy customer

It works but it is not new. As you can see in the picture, there is an extra catalog and cable tie in the box. There were also some scratches on the device.
