Don't waste your money !
I read a lot of the reviews about this product..as I was a tad sceptical if it would work or not... I waited a bit for it to arrive... from Italy.. when it did I noticed that there was no batteries included..even though it stated on the advert that they were in the box... and I was missing a cloth as well. So I tried it..on a disc that kinda worked but jumped... and a disc that didn't work very well at all.... now I have 2 discs that don't work at all... it left deep ingrained marks on the cd that would not buff out.. and the CD player and the PC doesn't recognise the discs at all now.. so I don't know where the positive feedback came from... but I wouldn't waste you money.. also as I had to return it using UPS... there is more printing labels you need to attach to the item when sending it back to Italy..because of Brexit... I was told.

Batteries do not last long so use a power plug which is much better. Has fixed many discs except one which was super deeply scratched but works well overall. But pricy especially the replacement wheel.

DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX
This disc repair tool does exactly what you say, it's repaired most of my damaged disc that were not playing back to virtually new.It's amazing, I was really surprised so I've gone an bought the electric connector.It has rescued damaged valuable dvds which I am very grateful, impressed and really pleased.I found if the disc was badly damaged doing it three or four times does the job.It's amazing.

to fix my skip dr or a refund would be nice.
I used it 3 times and it would not work any more a waste off money I am still watinig to hear from the seller about it it is under 12 month old it has a limited lifetime warranty ,but I havento heared from any body what they are going to do about it.thank you and stay safe. Francis Sas. I am returning this rubbish to you now it still will not work it is still in the garantiee I would like a refund thank you francis sas.

Really works
I've tried this on 4 dvds and 3 of them were totally fixed after just one treatment on the SkipDr. Before they would hardly play without major skipping. Still working on the 4th dvd which still has visible scratches. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to repair scratched discs.

Rubbish, okay for cleaning, useless for scratches.
Drains 6 AA batteries in only a few passes of a disc, 9v port is intermittent. Whole thing feels rubbish and fragile.. had a manual one a few years ago and worked a treat.. wouldn’t bother with electric one again. Also doesn’t come with all items listed (mentions a resurfacing fluid and a cleaner fluid) only comes with a bottle of distilled water..
