It is a good product, but the space for spoons and forks is small and it is not well designed

The plastic trays that catch the water dripping off plates strike me as pretty flimsy and I don't see them holding up over time. Also, the bottom tray wires are overly wide, so when you place glasses on it, they tip over and hit other glasses. But, overall, this dish rack is a major improvement over our old one, especially the two tier as it really gives amble room for those with limited counter space. Also, I like the holder for cutting boards, holds the largest one w/o problem (though the hooks on both of the wire dohekies, my fancy word for the two wire rack holders, are over sized, so they can fall out from the wire rack). We are also fans of the utensil holder as well. We did place a one of those dry absorbent towels under the rack to catch any water the rack doesn't get (especially from the two dohekies :). Would definitely recommend, but suggest an upgrade on the plastic trays, and that there should be a third one, slightly larger to encompass the entire rack.

I have a great apartment, but it does not have a dishwasher. I do my dishes at night, put them on the rack, and wake up to dry dishes. I put the rack under my sink during the day,. It frees up a lot of couñter space, and isn't out if company stops by. I really love it!
