I have soft curls and thin hair. I usually have a hard time with my hair getting knotty and sometimes unmanageable. This conditioner does help with this. But if you use too much of the conditioner it will weigh down your curls and can straighten them a bit. I deal with this by thoroughly rinsing my hair until I don’t feel any excess. I love the smell and my hair shimmers nicely. This is the only conditioner that I use anymore because I have tried so many other brands. Unfortunately some of the well liked brands for hair ended up making my hair fall out and others made my hair too frizzy. I really enjoy this brand and think it makes my hair look pretty.

I really love this conditioner. From the moment I applied it, I could feel the difference. The texture is rich, smooth, and creamy — not watery or thin like some conditioners out there. So I got a sample of this shampoo and conditioner in a box of hair color. Using that one sample, literally one time, I was blown away at how my hair felt. Side note, I have very straight, fine hair. After blow drying my hair, that very straight, fine hair had so much volume and amazing silky texture. I was dumbfounded. Literally after one shampoo with it. So of course I looked for a good deal on buying the shampoo and conditioner here and I am tickled that I found a great price on both. (Hint: you can save money by buying each separately versus in the two pack.) If you have been disappointed with $$$ shampoos before, please try this!!!

Great for the hair

I have been a snob for hair-care products for years. It's important to me to take good care of my hair. It's very fine and doesn't style well, so I need to make sure it always looks healthy. My hair is fine and tangles easily. I always had to use 2-3x as much conditioner as I did shampoo. While I CAN spend whatever I want on shampoo and conditioner, I got tired of the outlay. I'd rather spend that money on more fun stuff. I looked to Amazon and, as always, began with reviews The ratings on the Elvive line aroused my interest, so I ordered the shampoo, conditioner., and lamellar hair treatment. WOW. I was not expecting to be this impressed with shampoo and conditioner that I can buy at a retail store. The fragrance is lovely but subtle. The shampoo is very gentle, and I can use the same number of pumps of conditioner as I do shampoo and still end of with soft, tangle-free hair. These bottles last a LONG time. In addition to just being very happy to have found shampoo and conditioner that work WELL, it's so nice to not be paying for boutique brands that come in 6- or 8-oz bottles. I genuinely love this shampoo and recommend it to my friends.
