Phone quality i was expecting a much better phone but the camara on the s8 is much better and when you zoom in usesing your thumb and finger to get a close up you loose the quality when getting a close up picture for the main picture on the user account set up

The phone is easy to operate and a model that I am used to, but from the off, the battery drained quickly and the case became hot on charging, or when not on charge. I only need a phone to text and make occasional calls, and as far as I am aware, there is nothing 'in the background' I know it was a refurbished phone, allegedly 80% battery wise, but disappointed that I will have to buy a new battery and hope that is causing the problem. Perhaps to make a mental note 'caveat emptor'A bit of a let down for this purchase, otherwise no complaints at all about Amazon, a brilliant service
